Move from planning to execution.

By the end of the programme, participating ventures are expected to possess the operational systems, market traction and strategic direction required to pursue growth capital and expansion opportunities.

Participation Models:

Founders Hatch offers two participation models depending on the needs and stage of each venture.

  • Paid Venture-Building Programme

Businesses capable of funding their own development participate through programme fees.

    Participants receive:

    • Structured venture-building support
    • Business coaching
    • Mentorship
    • Workspace access
    • Executive learning
    • Business advisory
    • Investor readiness support

  • Equity Venture-Building

For selected high-potential ventures with exceptional growth prospects, Founders Hub Africa may provide venture-building support through an equity-based partnership.

Rather than charging standard programme fees, Founders Hub Africa works alongside founders as a long-term venture-building partner, supporting company growth through strategic advisory, operational support, mentorship, investor access and ecosystem resources.

Participation under this model is strictly by invitation and governed by formal legal agreements.
